SPOTLIGHT: CTSI SEMINAR SERIES

Seminar Series Examines Regulatory Science this Fall

A key objective of the University's Clinical and Translational Science Institute (CTSI) is to support innovation across the entire medical product development pathway. This includes the need to ensure medical products are safe and effective. The academic research community has an opportunity to speed the development and approval of beneficial medical products by collaborating with the FDA, industry and other academic partners in the field of Regulatory Science.

This fall the CTSI Seminar Series will highlight and bring to the University regulatory science leaders who are working to address these issues. The series continues Tuesday, September 15, when Carol Linden, director of the Office of Regulatory Science and Innovation at the FDA, discusses Advancing Regulatory Science at the FDA from noon to 1 p.m. in the Helen Wood Hall Auditorium (1W-304).
