Last Chance to Submit a Pilot Studies Program Letter of Intent
Have you submitted your Letter of Intent (LOI) to apply for Tufts CTSI Pilot Studies Program funding? Don't delay. Grants of up to $60,000 will be awarded in 2016 for selected proposals.
Review the Request for Applications, then submit your LOI online. The deadline is this Friday, September 25 at 5:00PM.

Call for Posters: Translational Research Day 2015
Want to showcase your research, find collaborators, or get feedback on a work-in-progress? Faculty, fellows, resident, students, staff, and community partners are invited to participate in the poster session at Translational Research Day 2015 on Tuesday, November 10.
Posters will be displayed electronically (on LED screens) from 9:00AM-2:00PM at Tufts University School of Medicine's Arthur M. Sackler Center for Medical Education, 145 Harrison Avenue, Boston MA. Previously presented posters are welcome.

Conference on Alzheimer's Disease, November 19-20
Interested in addressing treatment challenges and developing next generation methods for Alzheimer's Disease? Save the date for the 7th International Pharmaco-Economic Conference on Alzheimer's Disease, November 19-20 at the Sheraton Boston Hotel, hosted by the Karolinska Institutet, Alzheimer's Drug Discovery Foundation, and the Center for the Evaluation of Value and Risk in Health (CEVR) and the Institute for Clinical Research and Health Policy Studies (ICRHPS) at Tufts Medical Center.
Highlights from this year's program include:
- Who will get treatment where budgets are limited?
- How can we collaborate to improve data availability?
- What can we learn from disruptive technologies in other disease areas (Hepatitis C, Cancer)?

BERD Center Offers Research Help in Medford and Boston
Do you have questions about study design, statistics, and statistical software? Epidemiologists and statisticians from Tufts CTSI's Biostatistics, Epidemiology, and Research Design (BERD) Center are ready to assist you.
If you're in Boston, stop by the 9th floor of 35 Kneeland Street on Wednesdays from 8:00-9:00AM for a Drop-in Session. No reservations are necessary, and faculty members, fellows, residents, and graduate students are encouraged to attend.
If you're in Medford or Somerville, sign up for a 30-minute session during Research Help Office Hours, the first Tuesday of the month from 2:00-4:00PM in Eaton Hall. Our next visit to the Medford Tufts campus is Tuesday, October 6.
