With many thanks to those who rely on us and who have helped facilitate our growth, VRS is extremely proud to announce that Elaine Horseman, RN, CCM, IMF; Teri Lawrence, M.Ed; and Lori Wilkinson, RN have recently joined our staff. In keeping with the model we have employed since day one, these elite professionals are dedicated to understanding and exceeding your expectations.

TERI LAWRENCE, M. Ed.
Teri joined the VRS VR Team in June, 2015. She has a BS in Behavioral Science as well a Master’s Degree in Education from the University of Vermont. She has worked as a Rehabilitation Specialist, Career Coordinator and Case Manager since 1986, during which time she was employed at a private psychiatric treatment facility. Teri is also a Qualified Myers Briggs Examiner. In her spare time, she enjoys outdoor sports, gardening, her pets and spending time with her husband and three children. Teri resides in Worcester and covers central Vermont as well as the Northeast Kingdom.

LORI WILKINSON, RN
Lori joined the VRS MCM Team in May, 2015. She has been a registered nurse since 1990 and a Medical Case Manager working with injured workers since 2008. Lori is an expert at managing catastrophic injuries and is skilled at assessing treatment plans, coordinating medical care and ensuring appropriate approvals for recommended treatment interventions. She is highly regarded for her ability to maintain ongoing collaboration and communication with insurance adjusters, injured workers, state agencies, medical professionals and attorneys. Lori has twenty years of Critical Care and Emergency Medicine experience and has earned five separate accreditations. She volunteers with her local animal shelter and local Fire and Ambulance Department. Lori resides in Sandisfield, Massachusetts and covers central and western Massachusetts as well as Connecticut from Hartford to the north and west.

ELAINE HORSEMAN, RN, CCM, IMF
Elaine joined the VRS MCM Team in July, 2015. She has been a Registered Nurse since 1990 and a Medical Case Manager specializing in Workers’ Compensation since 2001. Elaine is an expert at managing complex and catastrophic injuries as well as Utilization Review, Hospice, Home Health Case Management, Orthopedic and Oncology Nursing. She is highly regarded for her ability to maintain ongoing collaboration and communication with adjusters, injured workers, attorneys and employers and for her ability to coordinate successful RTW outcomes. In her spare time, Elaine enjoys cooking, sewing and taking care of her Westie, Dougal. Elaine resides in South Burlington, Vermont and covers Vermont, New Hampshire and Connecticut telephonically.
