Leadership & Resiliency Reading List

September 04, 2015

At Reboot we believe that there is a formula to be a better, more resilient leader:

   Practical Skills
+ Radical Self-Inquiry
+ Shared Experiences =
Enhanced Leadership + Greater Resiliency

This isn't a one-time formula either, it's evergreen - the only requirement being you continue to invest in the first three areas. With so much going on, it can be hard to commit to a practice that grows us. At Reboot, we've found that intimate, coach led peer groups are invaluable on this path. We have room for two more in new groups launching in October. Are you ready?

Rethinking Work

Interesting op-ed on why we work- sure money has its place, but research proves we also want  work that is challenging and engaging, that enables us to exercise some discretion and control over what we do, provides us opportunities to learn and grow, colleagues we respect and with supervisors who respect us and most of all- work that is meaningful.
