Wire Sawing Damaged I-10 Bridge

An 18-wheeler slammed into an overpass west of Houston, Texas, in June. ATI was hired to remove the damaged column and cap, and operators safely and efficiently completed the task a day sooner than the three days allotted. More pictures and details on the web site!

Underwater Bulkhead Removal

ATI used a wire sawing rig to cut and remove an 800' long, 8' tall, 3' thick concrete bulkhead for the creation of a barge dock at the Port of Houston. Pictures and video on the web site.

Under ideal circumstances the PCM can safely cut and remove 200 piles per day with one machine and one operator....Our custom equipment allowed us to cut and remove 10,000 14” x 14” and 18” x 18” precast concrete piles at Motiva in Port Arthur, Texas, for which Aggregate Technologies was awarded an ABC Excellence in Construction Award in 2009....
