Thanks for being a subscriber to my newsletter.

After the changes made this year, I'd love to know what you think.

“If you do not change direction, you may end up where you are heading.” - Lao Tzu

The format of this newsletter has changed significantly from when it was called Laptop Living. I used to include lots of images, compiling a bunch of ideas (and jokes) around a topic every week, to present you with a visual mash-up of what I'd been working on or thinking about.

This new format for Habits of Excellence is more streamlined and in-depth. I've been taking one idea, and focusing on telling a good story with that one idea. Each idea then points to one habit that you can consider incorporating into your own routine.

How do you like the format change? Are there things you miss from the old format? I'm really curious to know your opinion.

For old times sake, here is a review of the places I've been around the web lately.

I wrote this article on Medium in a bout of second-home-sickness:

Ten Things I Really Miss About Living In Costa Rica

I was featured in an article by Kyle Wood on Heartmen.net:

18 Inspiring Men Share What Being Vulnerable Means To Them

Kyle also interviewed me for his podcast, "I Love You, Man," talking about the friendships and emotions between men. I'll send you a link when it's published...if, you know, this link-section at the bottom is something you like.

What DO you like in your newsletters? Tell me here:
