The Fettuccine Forum Presents:
In Praise of Holes-in-the-Wall

Please join us for the 2015-2016 Fettuccine Forum season opener on October 1, 2015. Longtime food consumer (and occasional food writer) Greg Hahn and some special guests will recall the dive bars and comfort food joints that have fueled the City of Trees for generations and are, as Hahn claims, destined to outlive this age of brew pubs and molecular gastronomy.

Greg Hahn is associate vice president for communications and marketing at Boise State University. He is the former host and producer of Idaho Public Television’s “Idaho Reports,” and was a contributing writer and producer for “Outdoor Idaho.” He started his journalism career at the Twin Falls Times-News and worked twelve years as a writer and editor at the Idaho Statesman. He is a founding organizer of Treefort’s Hackfort, and has taught sausage-making and writing at the Atlanta School, as well as media law and ethics and the “Politics of the Extreme” at Boise State.
