These were just some of the comments made after our 'People's Panel' at the Forum on the Family 2015 held recently. In fact, this part of the day was the highlight for many of the delegates. Families sharing their personal stories. And we (and they) would like to share them with you.

Prostitution is made out to be a legitimate career choice. Parliament sanctioned it by decriminalising prostitution in 2003. But what is the real effect? Doesn't prostitution simply exploit and abuse vulnerable women? Hear Jae's powerful testimony of the reality of the prostitution industry. What right does another parent have to take your child to be put on contraception; what right do the medical profession have to give it without the parent’s consent; why are you not able to do anything about two 14year olds having sex? How can CYF turn your whole family upside down, and when they find out that there are no grounds for the made-up claims of abuse, not make sure the child returns home. Marie and Roger share their tragic story about how their daughter ran away from home, but when these loving parents tried to bring their daughter home, all the government agencies completely ignored their rights.

Barbara shares her personal journey which led to her current ministry with Living In Colour - a healing and recovery programme used successfully in many countries around the world for women who have experienced abortion.
