At last. Privileging expedience over ambitions, I abandoned ever-delayed plans for a traditional press run by an Austin book manufacturer. Getting the title into circulation became the first priority; pursuing that end by the most direct means led back to print-on-demand. HELP! I need your help.
FIRST, please buy a book. The whole reason for this plan B approach to publication is that Stikmantic funds are uncharacteristically stretched. Your immediate purchase of the RM&DotT package will help keep the gnomes on track with the audiobook, a swanky new e-book edition, and all the other projects here in the pipe at HQ.
SECOND, write a review. Even a single sentence on Goodreads or a bookseller's website can have a ramifying effect on the size of a title's profile. A couple early readers sent me kind notes that could have been placed verbatim on Goodreads, after which those kind notes could have figured in my habitually hyper-aggressive campaign to bring Rose Moon notice.
THIRD, please report errors! The economy I most hated in this round was skipping a third party proof. It wasn't in the budget, and I do not currently know a proofreader with an acceptable turnaround. After maintaining for more than three and a half decades that it is impossible to proof one's own work, I have tried it here. Please let me know of any typographic problems you find. In a couple of months, I'll compile the mistakes, make the fixes, and upload corrected text.
