We turn 4 years old this month and we want YOU to help us celebrate this Saturday, September 26. We are going to kick off the day with our annual 300 Challenge at 10am followed by a party complete with tacos, beer, games, and a FREAKIN' WATER SLIDE!!!

What is the 300 Challenge?
This is an annual workout we do consisting of 300 reps in a 20 minute time span. There will be scaling options for beginners, intermediates, and advanced level athletes so everyone can participate! The prescribed version of the workout is as follows:

For time w/ a 20 min cut-ff:
- 25 Pull-Ups
- 50 Deadlifts 135/95#
- 50 Push-Ups
- 50 Box Jumps 24/20″
- 50 Floor Wipers
- 50 KB Clean and Press 35/25#
- 25 Pull-Ups

After the 300 Challenge stick around as we plan on getting the party kicked off at 11:30ish. Everyone is invited and you don't have to be a member to come so bring your friends, significant others, and kids! We will also have a special 4th Anniversary EDCF t-shirt and tank top available on Saturday that you won't want to miss out on.

But what if I just want to party?
No worries! You don't have to do the 300 Challenge to hang out afterwards. Just RSVP HERE so we can get a head count.
