Painting in the Rose Garden:
The Rose Garden is a rewarding place to study shape and colour.
I start by finding my favourite roses and drawing them.
I study petal colour and mix up paint based on my favourite roses.
I also study structure. I notice the curves in the petals and the shadows in the bends.
I paint next to my favourite roses and use their shape and colour as inspiration!
New Art Blocks:
I've been using phosphorescent pigment on some of my new Art Blocks: They Glow in the Dark!
BASSCamp Gallery at Shambhala Music Festival
Thanks to everyone who shared such moving and thoughtful words about my art with me and the team - what a beautiful reception and incredible experience to be part of this collaborative exhibit!

A special thanks to the amazing BASSCamp crew and their hard work, and to the folks that felt moved enough to take art home with them!

colour: coral
an orangey pink colour

Coral is a soft and happy colour - a combination of red love and yellow wisdom. Coral promotes flow and synchronicity into life. It also helps ground and restore.

The complementary colour of coral is turquoise.
