Employee Wellness Cooking Classes & Events
For healthy people and planet!
For the best in corporate wellness entertainment, bring me back for a cooking class, wellness fair, Discovery Bar, lecture, or combine for a Food Party! We have new classes and activities (with cutting board closeups), or we can design to fit your event.
Host Help! My Teenager is a Vegetarian!, Welcome Winter Squash and Kale, or Eat More Vegetables for November. Celebrate the holidays with a cheesemaking class or Appy Hour. Or combat the new year with Ah-Chew! or Leftover Makeover.
For larger events we can pair with Sigona's for an onsite farmers market using foods from the market in class. Pair any class with wines from the Bay Area Wine Trail. Email me for a list of events and fees, always at an affordable price. We can accommodate 10 - 4,000 people. Book thru your Kaiser rep or laura@laurastec.com.
Recent clients include: Belmont Library, Bluecoat, Foster City Library, Gigamon, Hewlett Foundation, Photon, Santa Clara Library, YPO
