The next event is coming up quickly. We're seeking farmers, roasters, & retailers who'd like their coffee brewed, sampled, & sold at the 2nd annual Hawaii Coffee Fest.
If you're a Hawaii Coffee Association member, this opportunity is available to you.

2nd Annual FarmLovers Coffee Fest at the Kakaako Farmer's Market
Last year this event attracted over 4000 participants!
This year includes live music, free Mocha Java Cake, and more
WHEN: Saturday, October 3, 8 a.m.-12 p.m.
Market: 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
Tasting with Chef Bob McGee: 9:00 a.m.
Barista Showdown: 10:00 a.m.
Tasting with Chef: 11:00 a.m.
Brewing Methodology 101:
Molokai/8:00 a.m.
Big Island 8:30 a.m.
Maui/9:30 a.m.
Oahu/10:30 a.m.
Kauai/11:30 a.m.

Here's how:
1. Choose your sponsorship level for this event:
THIRD LEVEL:
Free for any paid H.C.A. member, based on limited availability.
+ Literature display
+ Product sales
+ You arrange for freight/drop-off of 10-15 bags. Contact us for shipping information.
+ 20% of the coffee sales will be donated to the H.C.A., so price your coffees accordingly. Payment for your coffee sales will be made to you within 10 days.
SECOND LEVEL:
$200+ Sponsorship. Limited to THREE participants.
Includes:
+ Freight to/from the event
+ Literature display
+ Product sales
+ Dedicated airpot with samples of your brand featured
+ Sales space for coffee & merchandise
+ You keep 100% of your coffee sales. Payment for your coffee sales will be made to you within 10 days
FIRST LEVEL:
$500+ Sponsorship. Limited to THREE TWO more participants.
Includes:
+ Freight to/from the event
+ Literature display
+ Banner display
+ Product sales
+ Dedicated airpot and/or pour-over with samples of your brand featured
+ Top sales space for coffee & merchandise
+ You keep 100% of your coffee sales. Payment for your coffee sales will be made to you within 10 days
