We've started the first workshop today focusing on
" Getting moving, strength and fitness"

You are welcome to come to any workshop over the next 4 weeks.
Time: Thursdays 11:30am - 1pm
With physiotherapists: Susie Bond and Amanda Chiu
Wear: comfortable clothes and walking shoes, however there is only a small 'active' component

Physical fitness continued and
Nutrition focus. Eating well. Special guest, Rachel Eagleton, Nutritionist.
Week 3. 23 November
Balance focus Staying stable and Steady.
Week 4. 30 November
Staying Sharp and Mentally Active
Week 5. 7 December
Staying Socially Connected ( in a digital world!) and other Important Factors.
Review goals and Make them Stick!
