Please join us next Saturday, November 18th, 5pm, for the Patronal Feast of St. Stanislaus Kostka during the Parish's 150th Anniversary Celebration!
VBP's next Mass is a week from Saturday! We are delighted to be celebrating the feast of St. Stanislaus Kostka in the beautiful 19th-century church of St. Stanislaus Kostka, the "mother church" of the Polish in Chicago!
Like the stunning neo-Polish Baroque church, the music will be 19th-century! The Mass setting will be Rheinberger's Mass in A Major accompanied by hymns including Gounod's Ave Verum Corupus.
We are grateful to the parish for hosting a VBP Mass during their 150th Anniversary celebrations! To learn more: http://ststanschurch.org/
October: Open House Chicago Outing!
On Saturday, October 14th, VBP took advantage of the annual architecture festival Open House Chicago to explore some of Chicago’s stunning churches built for beautiful liturgy. Here are some of the photos!

Following VBP's daylong "Ever Ancient Ever New" Conference, commemorating the 10th Anniversary of "Summorum Pontificum" on September 16th, we were delighted to celebrate the Feast of the Exaltation of the Holy Cross in the beautiful Monastery of the Holy Cross. Renewed thanks to Bishop Perry for offering the Mass and to the Benedictine community for hosting us!
