NMC Beyond the Horizon >
Sustaining Innovation through Leadership Changes

December 6, 2017 | 12:00 - 1:00 pm CST
Free to All!

Sustainability for long-term success is a vital consideration when developing a new program, especially as external factors such as funding and leadership are prone to change. Funding delays can hinder the development of programs to effectively meet student needs in a timely matter – and turnover in key institutional positions can leave promising initiatives without a driver. Institutions must identify successful strategies for making continued progress on promising innovations in the face of transitioning governance. Join us to hear from an experienced practitioner, and then break out into small groups to work with your peers to devise strategies to overcome this challenge. Special thanks to the TIAA Institute for arranging the notable presenter for this webinar.
