The CEMS process:
To start the journey, simply submit your CV and cover letter by clicking below. The cover letter must be succinct, and should focus on the areas you are interested in and your motivations for those areas. Once they have reviewed your profile, they will arrange a first stage assessment with your local L’Oréal subsidiary office to establish your fit for L’Oréal (and L'Oréal's fit for you!)
After that, they will work with you on a 121 basis to find an opportunity that aligns with your expectations and capabilities.
