Hana also holds a culinary degree from Leiths School of Food & Wine in London and has worked as private chef and culinary instructor in London, Aspen and the Greek Isles.

Wanderlust and passion for fine food and luxurious surroundings have taken her to 6 of 7 continents where she has collected ideas from her travels that she plans to bring to the Waldo Emerson Inn and elevate the guest experience while visiting the Kennebunks.
