Hurricane Harvey was traumatic for many Houstonians. The physical damage to our city will continue to have effects for months and maybe years—and so will the emotional damage. So Redemption Church is hosting a discussion on recovering emotionally after the flood this Saturday at 10a at 8915 Timberside. Our counselors and social workers will have information on signs of trauma, healthy coping mechanisms, and recovery. We'll even have childcare.
This event could be great for you, or it could be great for someone else you know. We'd love for you to invite any neighbors, coworkers, friends, or family members who might benefit.
