Vietnam
President Trump Visits Vietnam
President Trump arrived in Vietnam where he is expected to give a speech at an economic summit meeting in Danang. The summit meeting, known as the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation Summit, culminates with the Economic Leaders' meeting where Trump will speak about the American vision for growth in the Asia-Pacific region. Trump will be visiting Hanoi, the capital city of Vietnam, the following day before making his way to the Philippines.

Germany
Serial Killer Nurse Charged Again
According to toxicology reports, a former German nurse may have murdered at least 100 people at two hospitals where he had worked. Detectives believe that Niels Hoegel killed 38 patients in Oldenburg and another 62 in Delmenhorst. The investigation widened when Hoegel admitted to killing 30 people in his 2015 trial. If convicted, Hoegel would become one of Germany's worst post-war serial killers.

Saudi Arabia
Finding the Source
According to the top U.S. Air Force official in the Middle East, the ballistic missile fired by Yemen's Shiite rebels at the Saudi capital of Riyadh was Iranian manufactured. Saudi Arabia shot down the missile on November 4th, just outside of Riyadh international airport. Saudi Arabia has accused Iran of giving weapons to Shiite rebels in the past but Iran has always denied such claims.
