Chris and Pat are planning to retire in 2019!
As a result, we now have a sister agency, Seaway Insurance Associates in Gasport. Albion Agencies is keeping our same location, same staff, and same hours. Seaway partners Bill Bixler and Jeff Baker have been splitting their time between the agencies, gradually familiarizing themselves with our day to day operations. Our goal is to continue providing the same level of service without much noticeable change for our customers.
The only significant change is a positive one: we will now have access to more insurance companies. For auto and home insurance, this means we will now have more options for coverage and pricing. For commercial insurance, we will now be able to write a much broader variety of businesses like we did back in the 1990’s and before.
Chris and Pat will still be available for years to come by phone or email, even when they aren't in the office every day. We are all excited for what's to come and the ways our two agencies will be able to support each other in providing the best service possible in the coming years.
