I had the honor of seeing the musical preview of Prince of Egypt written by Phil LaZebnik (yes, Ken's brother!) at Mountainview Center for the Performing Arts. Spectacular!! I encourage all to see this! The international premiere starts in Copenhagen, April, 2018! Congrats, Phil!

Comedy trilogy novels The Funeral Planner was optioned for Korean & US TV by EnterMedia! [They are executive producers of ABC’s hit series The Good Doctor w/ David Shore (House)].
The Nichols award-winning family adventure script The Magic Mitt was optioned by Ulrich Productions. Award winning director Dani Menkin on board to direct (On the Map, Is That You?).
Lynn’s Real Estate Update: For 18 years I have carefully invested in commercial real estate. Two years ago, I formed Invigorate Fund Partners w/ cousin Glen Margolis (in real estate for 25+ yrs). Invigorate specializes in real estate development of multi-family properties in greater Seattle where Glen runs operations and finance. I handle Investor Relations from LA. Our portfolio is steadily growing! Most of my investors are showrunners, writers, producers, executives, and managers.
