The history of the Tampa Theatre has overwhelming appeal to anyone that crosses the iconic entryway and sees the distinctive marquis. Upon entry, you feel as though you have stepped back to another era of time and are in awe of the palace-like feel within the theatre. There are so few of these movie palaces in the nation, and to have this jewel in Tampa Bay, calls for community support in helping the long-term restoration program initiated by the board. My family and I have had the pleasure of realizing the value of the Tampa Theatre, and with my company Smith & Associates Real Estate, we want to be a part of this significant renovation in providing a permanent concession stand that can enjoy it for years to come," says Glaser.
