One part of the Access to Healthcare and Medications action plan is to implement coordinated health messages. A plan to coordinate messages through a universal hashtag has been proposed and is now being shared with Partnership members for their own use.
The hashtag #GoHealthyDelawareCounty will be strategically used by Partners who wish to get a certain health message out through social media platforms, such as Facebook, Instagram and Twitter. This hashtag will link Partners with a common goal while still maintaining their individual branding standards.
