Annual General Meeting (AGM)

The Ellerslie Community League 2017 AGM is taking place at Grace Point Church on Saturday, November 18, 2017.

Everyone who lives in our community is welcome and encouraged to join us.

We’re starting with a free catered meal at 5:30 p.m., followed by the AGM at 6:30 p.m. We ask that if you come for the meal, you please stay for the meeting.  While the AGM is going on, we’ll be showing a supervised movie for the kids in another room. Once the AGM business has been taken care of, we’re hosting a community forum, where residents can share their ideas on how to make our community an even better place to live.

You don’t need a league membership to attend; however, you do need one to have a vote, and we need at least ten voting members there who aren’t part of the board in order to hold the meeting. If you’d like to purchase a membership ($25 for the whole family for the year), you can contact Christine Lim (memberships@ellersliecommunityleague.com), buy one at the meeting, or buy one online at http://www.efcl.org/membership.

Call for Volunteers -  Movie Attendants needed during the AGM

We are looking for volunteers to help with minding the movie portion of the AGM and ensure everyone is having a good time. This is a great opportunity to take part in community events. Enjoy dinner from 5:30-6:30pm and then help out for a maximum of a couple of hours between 6:30pm to about 8:30pm.
