Thank you to our members who have donated supplies for the Humane Society in the past few months. We have received a lovely card from the society expressing their gratitude. The donation box can be found outside the library. Items such as cat and dog food, canned sardines, clumping kitty litter, laundry soap, bleach, sponges with abrasive sides, Lysol wipes etc would be greatly appreciated.
Thank You

Each year, an annual service during Royal Canadian Legion Week, the third week of September, typically begins with a “Parade to the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier.” This year, in a very special ceremony, we will properly recognize our Unknown Soldier and celebrate this new memorial to our fallen soldiers as we unveil the restoration of 200 veteran’s graves in the new Field of Honour
