Providence Folk Fest and September Coffeehouse Show!
See that photo? It was taken two years ago at the Providence Folk Festival. Doesn't it look fun? Well, it WAS! And it will be again! Yes, the Providence Folk Festival is happening this Sunday, August 27 from 12:00 - 6:00 pm. It takes place at the Roger Williams National Memorial in downtown Providence, and is FREE! We'll once again be hosting the main stage, and playing two 15-minute sets, at 12:00 noon and 2:45 p.m.
The weather looks like it will be gorgeous, so bring a lawn chair or blanket and a sun hat. Food trucks will be parked at the festival all day, or you could make a run to Harry's right down the street. Main stage headliners include Chris Trapper, the Pamela Means Band, and Chris and Meredith Thompson. And our friends Allysen Callery and Bob Kendall are hosting the Songcrafter Stage, which will have many great acoustic acts. Check out the Providence Folk Festival website or Facebook page for more info and the full lineup.
And please mark your calendars for Saturday, September 16, when we'll be playing at Not Just Another Coffeehouse in Sharon, Massachusetts. The show starts at 7:00 pm and admission is $15 or whatever you can afford - no one is ever turned away. This is a longer show, so we'll have some new songs to debut as well as a few from the vault!
Thanks as always for your support, and we hope to see you soon!
OXOXOX,
Tracie & Steve
