Meet the Candidates
Would you like a chance to meet with some of the candidates for the impending election for the Snowy Monaro Regional Shire Council?
We've sent an email invitation to a number of the candidates (there are 27!) to invite them to visit Smiths Road and hear your comments about this end of the Shire. They likely will want to tell you something about themselves as well.
So come to the Smiths Road Community Hall and Fire Shed on Friday, 1 September from 5:30pm onward. The plan is to have a BBQ from 6pm, and a discussion Q&A info session from 6:30pm until we're done.

In order to gauge interest and for catering, it would be useful to get RSVPs via the community Facebook Group for those with access. But please come regardless and take advantage of this chance to show the candidates what Smiths Road is all about.
