Lots going on!
This summer I've been busy working toward recovery for a rib injury that has crossed over into "chronic." I've found a great new physical therapist, though, and feel like it's time to resume performing. Since I didn't book this summer with gigs I had time to see some great places, including Sequoia and Kings Canyon National Park in California (pictured above)! I was also able to bury myself in studies and am excited that I've earned my Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy Coaching certificate. I'm thrilled that my repertoire of tools as a Performance Anxiety Specialist has grown even more.
