FALL PROPERTY CLEAN UP
Please join us Saturday, September 30th at 5:00 pm
to clean up our land in preparation for winter.
Bring your work gloves, rakes, weed trimmers, gardening tools,
and drinking water.

Summer gardening fun! Join us each Wednesday evening In August from 5-6 pm at Grow Calgary. We will do whatever is needed that day: weed, water and/or plant. All ages welcome! Bring your gloves and any tools you would like. For more details call Natasha at 403.510.6615.

Yoga for Seniors
at Knox Presbyterian Church
This is a drop-in program, open to all.
Thursday – Yoga for Seniors at 9:30am. Instructor Kristen Beaulieu. $5 per class.
On Thursdays, Knox also have the 'Café at Knox' from 9am-12pm. Coffee/tea and light refreshments are served. Everyone is welcome!

Parish Book Read! All are invited to read the book "A Voluptuous God" by Robert Thompson. It is easily available on Amazong.ca or through Chapters/Indigo. If you would like the parish to order you a copy, please sign up on the sheet on the back table after worship or call the office. We will be joining with Knox Presbyterian on Tuesday, Nov. 7th, at 7 pm to chat about the book.
