Public Service Reform & Participatory Budgeting: How can Scotland learn from international evidence?

Participatory Budgeting (PB) is growing fast in Scotland. What Works Scotland and public service workers in Glasgow Community Planning Partnership (CPP) worked together to devise a bespoke PB evaluation framework for use in the city. Along with representatives from Glasgow and Fife Community Planning Partnerships, What Works Scotland led a fact-finding visit to Paris (Europe’s leading city for mainstreaming PB) and now a film has been produced, documenting the process and what has been learnt from it.
