Watermark Arts
Dear Watermark Arts Friends,

We want to share with you 2 ways we are dreaming our mission into existence this fall season. Whether you are near or far, please join us.
Threads of Grace, with photographer Niki Berg. Visit the Watermark Arts home page for a 1-minute somatic art experience to refresh yourself -- into your very cells.

As you view the four images in this moment of refreshment, encourage your eyes to soften as you gently lengthen your exhalations. You might notice how your breathing moves your body, the way air moves the fabric in these photographs.

“By practicing Continuum for over twenty years, using breath and sound to move through all the layers of dense, held feelings – fear, anxiety, anger – I’ve been able to release these and thus receive and give love. To myself and all things on the planet.” —Niki Berg

Moving Body, Awakening Creativity, a weekend workshop at Shantigar in Rowe, MA, Sept 22 – 24. The dream that gave Watermark Arts its name came to Elaine last fall at this pristine, peaceful location. What dreams of artistic discovery await you in the creativity-enhancing play of Continuum? (Scroll down for more information.)
Once again, we extend our appreciation to all who joined us at Omega this past July. The experiences from the workshop continue to ripple outward.

Let's move the world together.

Enjoy an inspirational retreat and personal time with 3 master teachers on Shantigar’s glorious, remote, New England mountainside. Devote yourself to creating art directly from your moving body.

With sound, breath, movement, and silence, in this highly original workshop we’ll use the fluidly moving body to awaken the deep ocean of creativity and intelligence within. To make art always means going to the edge of your comfort zone, but Continuum makes that experience exhilarating, not intimidating. A Continuum moving body allows you to skillfully ride the creative edge of not knowing.

Details: The workshop starts promptly at 3:00 PM on Friday, September 22, and ends at 1:00 PM on Sunday, September 24.

Registration: Includes delicious organic meals, Friday evening through Sunday morning.
$470 with registration before September 1.
NOTE: $418, special savings by Sept 1 for Omega attendees and participants in Megan's and Elaine's classes - call Shantigar (413) 339-4332.

$522 for the weekend

Some on-site lodging available, and free tenting.
