NYPC Team 360

The last team of the summer came and went all too quickly. It was a return team, their fourth visit since 2009. And despite the daunting task of putting together a team in a challenging church environment we had a great time of loving and serving the Karen hilltribe villagers in Suan Phung and the university students in Phetchabun. Professor Mae and her Aussie friend/student May shared how incredible it was for them to see the students respond to our short visit, where we spent time hanging out in MaeMay Café. They encouraged the team to keep in touch with the students, to feel free to share their walk with Jesus; we're considering online options or even a FB group to keep in touch more meaningfully, as well as plans to return next year. Above is our pic in the airport, the first 360 camera used by teams I hosted. See more pictures on my FB here.

*My friend Niroshan is STILL RAISING FUNDS for 18 refugee students from Sri Lanka. Here are some ways you can help, but email me at paulmkim@gmail.com so I can allocate the funds properly and also make sure you get a receipt from my agency. For PayPal donations under $1,000 please use the "family/friends" options here; that way PayPal doesn't deduct a fee.

The list of email addresses on this frequent update is separate from the one in my official newsletters; you can (un)subscribe (from)to this list and my official (but less frequent) newsletter list separately.
