2017 HSMP Annual Meeting: Partnership Business
The Healthy St. Mary's Partnership (HSMP) Annual Meeting is an opportunity for participants to network, learn from public health experts and to receive updates on local health improvement efforts. For partnership members, the HSMP Annual Meeting is also a time to accomplish coalition-wide business, such as leadership elections and formal voting to update the partnership bylaws.
The Annual Meeting is open to all community members; however, you must be a registered member of HSMP to participate in the election & bylaws review process. Call for Nominations & Election Information
HSMP is seeking nominations for the elected positions of HSMP Co-Chair and Vice-Chair. Individuals serving in these roles provide overall leadership for HSMP.

Voting will take place at the 2017 HSMP Annual Meeting on Thursday, September 21, 2017 at the Southern Maryland Higher Education Center in California, Maryland. Don't forget to register online to attend, you must be present to vote.
HSMP Bylaws
The HSMP Bylaws create a framework for the partnership, defining coalition processes and responsibilities for leadership to ensure effective progress toward local health improvement. As HSMP continues to evolve, it is important to review and update the bylaws to meet coalition needs. The HSMP Steering Committee has completed a formal review of the HSMP Bylaws this year and would like for HSMP members to review their recommended updates. Registered members will be able to vote for or against the proposed revisions at the 2017 HSMP Annual Meeting.
