We have shared another season. Thank you, thank you for making this Summer such a special one...

 Summer days will soon be over and the whispers of Autumn are in the air...

Every Summer has its own story and every Autumn will too...

NEW CLASSES:
Intro To Gymnastics

Lawrence will be leading an Intro to Yoga and Julia and I are excited to have Lawrence studio based on Thursday! We are going to show him the ropes and invite a Lawrence takeover week...

INTRO TO YOGA
Learn the basics of yoga practice. Improve confidence, strength and flexibility in this introduction to moving harmoniously with breath and your body’s needs. Explore the foundations with guided support throughout- a great way to practice whether you are completely new or have yoga-d before.
TWILIGHT HOUR: Thursdays, 5:15-6:00pm

Some of you know Lydia Batt as our Bootcamp #strongbeatsskinny coach... Essentially these classes are very much encompassing the format of skills day and strength and hiit training Bootcamp sessions that Lydia ran. We had so much interest for her sessions, students looking for some inversion work and we believe Lyd's strength and preparation from more of a fitness perspective is just brilliant. Lots of our teachers head down to the amazing Starks Fitness for 1:1 training with her and have learnt so much. Lydia has designed some classes that are open to all and we are thrilled to have her fully on the team!

INTRO TO GYMNASTICS
Step out of the box and learn to use your body in a different way. Gain confidence with elements of tumbles, inversions and overall gymnastics based skills. Strengthening, lengthening and fun!  A great way to complement your yoga and fitness practices. This class is accessible for all abilities.
RISING WARRIORS: Tuesdays, 6:40-7:25am
POWER UP YOUR LUNCH HOUR: Thursdays, 12:10-12:55

STRENGTH & STRETCH
Condition muscles, look and feel good. Strength and Stretch will develop your strength and mobility using your own bodyweight. Finishing the session with HIIT (high intensity interval training) and a deep stretch will get you fired up and set for the day. Coach Lydia Batt supplements this class with her ‘Intro To Gymnastics’.
RISING WARRIORS: Thursdays, 6:40-7:25am


Power Practice Sundays will be led by Rachel Lindars and Rebecca Enderby, 10:00-11:30. First one happened this morning and Rachel loved every second of having a 90 minute session for her Ashtanga Primary Series. Meditation will be the lovely Ulle, right before I teach Wild Flow on a Tuesday night... This will be starting in October.
We have two other super exciting things:

MEMBERSHIPS
This has been in the making for a while and lots of you have been asking! Details of this will be coming in another short and sweet mail at the end of the week and we will post details on the website and Facebook too.

NEW SEASON... NEW TEACHER PICS
The amazing Damien Hockey, who has been with us since the word go (he has designed the logo and been by my side in all of the creative things we make and do; he puts up with me saying, 'I need more magic!' 'Can the leaves be more whimsical and Canadian?' and he has always got it and is an absolute dream!!!) While we took the final photos, Rachel and I were commenting on just how beautiful everyone looks in the pics. What did you do Damien? He said, 'It is all you. The light is as it is and it is just about capturing you all as naturally as possible.'
We are super proud of all we have done since Autumn 2016, when we officially opened. A big shout out to our teachers and the entire wolfpack; the heart you bring to the studio is what keeps everything going and so full of love!
Summer 2017, our first Summer at Wild Wolf's was just so special and we know lots of you followed our journey of YIn Yoga Teacher Training with TJ Maher. It was amazing to head back to yoga school and what a great den Wild Wolf's was for this wonderful yin immersion. So until next year, we bid farewell for now. Maybe we will not have to wait until Summer... perhaps TJ will be able to return for winter workshops and classes... a perfect time for creating the cosy, magical yin den once more. 
So the Summer will fade. But all we shared stays with us... And that little fluttering and whispers of Autumn? I just love it!
