Declutter

It’s Spring time, so we are all getting into cleaning, right? We take the time to declutter our homes, but do we ever take the time to declutter our lives? Left unchecked, our lives can get filled with so much excess. The same can happen with our faith. What once was simple, fresh, easy, has the potential to become complicated and busy.

Maybe it’s time to declutter.

Future Now Thank You

Thank you for dreaming. Thank you for seeing. Thank you for believing in a vision to create a church that makes it easy for people to come to faith in God. Thank you for caring about the next generation. Thank you for daring to dream about a bold church community that significantly impacts the world around it. Thank you for your generosity in partnering financially with the vision for this church.

Thank you for being a visionary.

Give to The Future Now

What He would give you would be a seed

(the parable of the Talents: Matthew 25:14-30)

On Sunday Jonathan had two 11 year old's approach him. They handed him an envelope that contained $88. It was from a car wash that they held over the weekend because they wanted to raise money for the 'Future Now' offering. They said that they didn't have their own money so they decided to have a car wash so that they too could give to the vision offering.

This story is reflective of the heart behind the givers for this offering. We know for so many of you that this has been a sacrifice and a faith step. Our prayer is that you would experience God's blessing and favour in your life and your future, as we do for our church as a whole.

United October 3rd

UNITED nights are quickly becoming a favourite in the Suncoast calendar. If you’re involved in any capacity in the life of the church, or even considering it, then these nights are a must!. We have our next UNTD night coming up on October 3rd, 2017.

Being UNITED is a big deal. These nights are crucial for us as a church to all be in alignment and on the ‘same page’ with our vision and mission. These nights will be open to all, but it is an expectation as leaders and volunteers in your respective areas that we all attend.

From 6:30 pm there will be a free dinner: SMOKED PULLED PORK ROLLS & Coffee.
Meeting 7-8pm.

Thank you for the part you play in the forward movement of our vision. It’s so exciting to see what God has in store for us as a church.

Spring Break House Party

This month we are having our first ever XO - Spring Break House Party!!

If you are between the ages of 18 - 30 come along to 40 Mckays Lane, Palmwoods on Wednesday, September 20th at 7 pm for the biggest party of the year! As the warmer weather has come it's time to get outside and enjoy it. We will be having a burger and a drink for $5, a bonfire, outdoor games and more.

Over the last month, there has been so much going on in the life of Suncoast Church. We are sure you would have been delighted at the outstanding setup and décor that was prepared for us all to enjoy and the number of joyful volunteers that were on hand to assist you.

Why I love serving at Suncoast

My wife and I looked at the city we were a part of and realised our kids were going to be part of this city too, so we decided we wanted to be a part of changing it.

Being a part of the Daily Bread is such a rewarding experience, knowing that I have an opportunity to make a difference in someone's life in such a practical way. It is such a simple thing to do but I am generally touched and impacted more than the people we get to serve each week.
