Four-day Workshop and Four-day Teachers Class

This is friendly reminder that this is a final call for Workshop and Teacher Class registration in 
Adelaide, South Australia which will be held on Oct 2017. Why not visit beautiful city of Adelaide and meet your Nuido family?  Registration is open to all JEC members around the world.
Option
Attendees have the option of bringing their own piece if they don’t wish to work on one of
the pieces listed below. There will not be any formal instruction given if you’re stitching your
own piece, but support will be given during the workshop. You may take notes on the
techniques as this may be useful in the future.

 

Four day workshop: 9-12 October

Techniques: Colour Blending, Goldwork and Superimposing
-Grapes on the Vine (PF0764-052) for basic and above


-Peony (C15-03) for intermediate and above


-Torikabuto with Maple Leaves (PF1276-116) for advanced

 

Four day teacher class: 14-17 October

Accredited teachers and phase 10 advanced JEC members:
-Tagasode for phase 5/6
-Recommended fabric length 20”
-Design dimensions L14” x W18”
-Uchikake fabric

The primary goal of this material is to encourage beginners to taste Japanese embroidery and possibly join the nearest class after taking this pre-phase online course. Of course you can use it for your own study without buying the kit.

Introducing New Phase 7 Designs For Teachers Class in Atlanta


The two new phase 7 designs will be introduced at the Teachers Class 2017. Phase 7 teaches Realistic Effects with random long and short technique and alternating long and short technique. There will also be work in various padding techniques including padding stitched vertical, horizontal and diagonal directions. There will be two designs offered.

Registration for the Teachers Class 2017

You can observe Phase X Class, if you've already taken it.

Phase X Class reviews all of the techniques learned in the previous nine phases.
Phase X may be audited by teachers or anyone who has previously taken Phase X.
There is no charge to audit. However, if you audit, instruction and/or answers to questions are not provided.


Phase X class schedule: October 17-21, 2017

Teachers Class will be held following week, so you can participate both of Teachers Class and Phase X Class Audit.
