A message from Louise Prynne
While August has been another busy period for Bath, it is time to look forward to the opportunities which autumn brings.
Planning and reviewing a holiday is a good reminder of the importance of reviews for all businesses, not just hospitality venues. Google, Facebook and Trip Advisor reviews are becoming so significant for all businesses seeking to attract new clients and retain loyalty.
On that note, the BID is focussed on providing an excellent business welcome for everyone who comes to the city and therefore we have launched a pilot programme to support the development of excellent customer service within Bath BID businesses.
Our mystery shopper partnership with Shopper Anonymous is proving very popular and will enable participants to find out how their service is perceived. It is worth remembering that despite the word 'shopper' we all have 'clients' , so we would also urge financial and professional service organisations to get involved. Please contact us if you are interested in participating, we have a couple of spaces left for professional and financial services businesses. This pilot is free for our Bath BID businesses.
Looking forward to meeting some of you at our next
“Get Fit for Business Breakfast “
with Business West and the Bath Chronicle on Thursday 21st September at the McDonald Bath Spa Hotel.
If you haven't booked already, get your tickets here!
