Vegan. Wheat-free. Five Ingredients. 
1 cup oat flour, 1 cup drained and cooked chickpeas, 1/2 cup nut butter, 1 ripe banana, 1 tablespoon pumpkin pie spice  

Blend beans, nut butter & banana until creamy. Combine flour to mixture in a large bowl. Form dough into balls and flatten with a fork. Bake at 350F for 10 minutes.

Common mistakes for a vegetarian diet

1.) Assuming a food labeled “vegetarian” is healthier than the regular alternative.

2.) Eating too many refined carbs. Pasta, bread, bagels, and crackers often end up as main ingredients in a poorly planned vegetarian diet.

3.) Replacing all meat with cheese. Instead, replace with other plant based proteins rather than the saturated fat, sodium and cholesterol that can be found in cheeses.
