Due to a system error, you may have received an email indicating that you will be billed for a Matterport Cloud subscription on September 5, 2017. Please be assured that if you do not have an amount due for September (i.e. annual plans that are not due in September, cancelled accounts without a balance, etc.), you will not be billed.
If you do have an amount due in September, you will be billed on September 5, 2017.
