This month we are sharing information about one of our favouite topics... graphic design. 

Graphic design is key to developing engaging digital learning. Graphic designers tell their stories visually, using the language of visual communication, typography, space, image and colour. It's a specialised skill that takes a long time to develop. We are lucky to have three talented graphic designers, who all have their own style and approach.

On that note, Jo has written a blog post of her top five tips for graphic design - she's written about:

This infographic demonstrates the use of negative and positive space, an established colour palette, depth and a clean sans serif typeface.




Likewise, this graphic also demonstrates the use of a colour palette relevant to the youth target audience, depth, a combination of complementary sans serif and script fonts and icons.

What we are excited about...

We are excited to be partnering with Employment Options to build a game for them. In the project, young people take part in virtual and real-world activities to increase their motivation and develop employability skills to build their confidence and ability to enter the workforce.  Pathfinder is a game to engage and motivate participants to set and reach their goals.
