Meeting Details:
The Virginia Pond's regular monthly meeting will be held Wednesday, September 20, at the Holiday Inn–Crossroads, 2000 Staples Mill Rd., Richmond (near the intersection of Staples Mill and Broad St.). Please join us for Happy Hour in the bar at 5:30 pm! The meeting will follow at 6:30 and includes a full dinner buffet.
Our speaker for the evening is Willy Wise, Principal with SIMA Benefits Consulting Group, LLC. Willy will provide an update on the current state of healthcare.
The meeting fee is $27.00 when paid in advance (by the RSVP deadline) or $30.00 at the door.
In order to make proper meeting arrangements, RSVP’s are needed by Friday, September 15. Please use the RSVP link below to sign up for the meeting online. You will directed to a PayPal payment option once your reservation is complete. RSVP's will also be accepted by email (vapondrsvp@gmail.com) or by phone (804-928-8969).
Guests who do not wish to use PayPal can mail advance payments to: Blue Goose, PO Box 74995, Richmond, VA 23236.
The meeting venue requires an advance head count and the Pond is charged accordingly. Therefore, your RSVP is your commitment to pay the reservation fee, regardless of attendance. RSVP's may be cancelled by 3pm the day before the meeting with no obligation.

- Thursday, September 14 - The Nova Puddle Meeting will meet at Old Town Sports Pub in Manassas, VA. Cocktail hour 5:30-6:30. Meeting 6:30-7:30. RSVP by 9/11 to Stan Lassiter, slassiter@pdrnova.com or 703-581-3247.
- Wednesday, October 18 - Spread the word! In lieu of its regular monthly meeting, the Virginia Pond will hold its 7th annual Shuckin' & Jivin' charity fundraiser. Live music by Richmond's own Susan Greenbaum, oysters and other items off the grill, and great fellowship - all to benefit Comfort Zone Camp (CZC), a fun, safe place for grieving kid. Registration is now open for both sponsors and attendees. Please come and bring your guest(s)!
- Saturday, November 4 - The NoVA Puddle will host its first annual golf tournament benefitting local children's charities. The event will tee off at noon at the Bull Run Golf Club in Haymarket, VA. See the downloadable flyer for full details.
- Wednesday, December 20 - Save the date! The Virginia Pond will host its annual Christmas Social at the Virginia War Memorial in Richmond, VA This event is open to family and industry guests.
