Classes & Workshops

New Class:

SeniorConnect: Internet Basics for Seniors

Do you know someone who wants to know what the internet is all about but don't know where to begin? Do you see your friends on iPads or tablets and think that you could never learn how to use one? Well we have a workshop just for you!  Thanks to the donations of our supporters, Technology4Life is offering a workshop for seniors who want to learn a little about using iPads and tablets and at the same time learn a little about the internet.

Even if you don't have a device, no problem!  We will bring in iPads and tablets and let you try them out while we teach you some basics about how to use the internet.  Learn to shop without driving or where to catch a bus to the doctor's office or to the movie theater; or where to find answers to personal medical issues. We will let you try a device and teach you a few basics steps so you can use the internet safely and protect your privacy.  Don't be afraid to try it for yourself in a relaxed setting with others who are just beginning like you. Don't be left behind by technology any longer!  (no device necessary!)
