Promise Square
:: This Week's Promise to Share
But he said to me, "My grace is sufficient for you,
for my power is made perfect in weakness."
Therefore I will boast all the more gladly

    about my weaknesses,
so that Christ's power may rest on me.

That is why, for Christ's sake,
I delight in weaknesses, in insults
in hardships, in persecutions, in difficulties.
    For when I am weak,

then I am strong.
2 Corinthians

HURRICANE HARVEY

As in other major disasters, Washington Conference Disaster Response is soliciting volunteers with training and/or experience in donations operations and crisis counseling to respond to immediate call-ups. Other volunteers will be needed to staff a likely mission trip to the Houston area for community rebuilding during the long-term recovery phase of this disaster.

We all want to help those impacted by Hurricane Harvey in some way; either by monetary donation or volunteering our services. Find the best way for you to be involved in the relief efforts! Want to donate real supplies? Check out what you can donate and to where using Amazon & Walmart!

Keep following along as the updates come in!
