The Woodmont Company Website Wins Platinum
in dotCOMM Awards

As part of a marketing program aimed to launch at the 2017 International Council of Shopping Center (ICSC) Convention in Las Vegas, The Woodmont Company hired Cooksey Communications to develop a website for the retail and commercial real estate powerhouse. The website integrates the latest digital technologies with high-level creative design, aerial and thematic video, colorful imagery, bold typography, and interactive maps to showcase each property across the United States.
 
In August, the website won a Platinum Award in the Business-to-Business category of the dotCOMM Awards. This award program is sponsored annually by the Association of Marketing and Communication Professionals, one of the largest, oldest and most respected evaluators of creative work in the marketing and communication industry.
Coppell's "Bold Vision, Big Impact" Campaign
Wins SAVVY Award

The City of Coppell’s “Bold Vision, Big Impact” marketing campaign earned national recognition in September with a SAVVY Award at the City-County Communications and Marketing Association’s (3CMA) annual conference. The campaign garnered honors in the “Marketing and Tools: Branding/New Logo” category for cities with populations up to 90,000. The “Bold Vision, Big Impact” campaign stood out for its eye-catching artwork, community-centric imagery and comprehensive scope encompassing several city projects. Approximately 197 jurisdictions submitted 698 entries for this year’s SAVVY Award competition.

U.S. Navy Blue Angels to Soar Over
Bell Helicopter Fort Worth Alliance Air Show

The U.S. Navy Blue Angels Flight Demonstration Squadron and the U.S. Air Force F-16 Viper Demonstration Team will soar through North Texas skies at the Bell Helicopter Fort Worth Alliance Air Show Oct. 28-29. General admission is free and parking discounts are available now at www.allianceairshow.com. Cooksey Communications has been the marketing communications agency for the Air Show since 2015.
The Pavilion at the Toyota Music Factory
Debuts with ZZ Top

The highly anticipated Toyota Music Factory in Irving made its dazzling debut with a ZZ Top concert at The Pavilion Sept. 9. The state-of-the-art venue, which converts from an indoor theater to a boutique open-air amphitheater, received fantastic feedback from the media and community, and many are already planning to return for The Pavilion’s diverse, world-class entertainment events. Once the entire complex is completed, guests will be able to enjoy more than 25 restaurant and entertainment concepts.
