"Loving Pablo" chronicles the rise and fall of the worlds most feared drug lord Pablo Escobar (Javier Bardem) and his volatile love affair with Colombia’s most famous journalist Virginia Vallejo (Penélope Cruz) throughout a reign of terror that tore a country apart. The movie premiered at La Biennale Di Venezia and will be heading to Toronto International Film Festival. "The Hitman's Bodyguard" is #1 movie in America for 3 weeks in a row! Nu Boyana Film Studios has facilitated a large part of the production, providing sound stages and VFX by Worldwide FX, with some sequences taking place in the canals of downtown Sofia. “We are very excited about this movie. This is one of those situations when we got lucky with a variety of things – great script, great cast, great director and we ended up with a great movie.” – said executive producer Yariv Lerner.
"Leatherface" is the origin story of "The Texas Chain Saw Massacre". As critics describe: "It is a roller coaster of blood, mystery and gives us fans an origin that absolutely works."The project was entirely filmed in Bulgaria and serviced by Nu Boyana Film Studios. The trailer of a short movie we supported recently. "The Last 2 Days" starring Margita Gosheva, Velislav Pavlov and Martin Dimitrov, is a psychological triller showing the last two days in the life of a rich Bulgarian family.
This is a debut project for young director Dimitris Georgiev.

The graduation of Nu Boyana’s first acting class was held on August 31st. Students were given official diplomas in the presence of their family and friends and praised highly the educational quality of the course.
Velizar Binev and his acting tutors will be available for a brand new actor course on October 16th, 2017.

Our special guest is the author of the script for ”No Retreat, No Surrender" - the first feature film starring Jean-Claude van Damme, as well as of other classic examples from the action genre.
Keith is also an experienced public speaker, journalist, specialist in martial arts and fluent in Mandarin!
