We are just weeks away from our 4th Annual Seize the Day Event!
Please register and join us on Sunday, September 24, 2017 from 10:30am - 2pm at Kiwanis Park (Hale St. entrance). Funds will be raised for epilepsy education programs, support services and community engagement in Southwestern Ontario. 

This family fun event will include a run and walk, followed by a community BBQ. Be sure to catch our group photo before the run and purchase your tickets for the raffle draw! Great prizes to be won!

Seize the Day 2.5K Walk & 5K Run is in support of individuals, families and members of the community affected by seizures and epilepsy. Whether remembering someone who passed away from a seizure, supporting those who are affected by epilepsy and seizures or raising awareness about the condition, we want to make this annual event a community engagement opportunity that everyone is welcome to participate in.

Registration starts at 10:30 am on Sunday, September 24, 2017
 
New this year - Pre-register, drop off your pledges and pickup your t-shirts in advance. ESWO will be hosting two pre-registration days on Thursday, September 21 and Friday, September 22 from 4:30pm-6:30pm.

Registration Fee: 

• Registration online does not include fee. All registrations must be done via mail, in person at the main office or at the event. Donations can be made online. 
• Register in advance for $20 or at the event for $25
• The event is free for any individual submitting at least $100 in pledges
• Receive a free t-shirt and have your registration fee waived if you submit $150 or more in pledges
• Run and walk free for children under 17. The Kiddie Trot is free, fun run for children under 12. 

BBQ Social:

• Please bring a lawn chair as seating is limited. 
• Group photo - approx. 11:00 am, near the starting line
• Sarnia photo- 1:00 pm, near the tennis courts
• Purchase your tickets for the raffle! Must be present to win. Visit our Facebook Page to see some of the great prizes.
