GENERAL INFORMATION

Board of Trustees (BOT) Mid-Term Election
The mid-term BOT election will be held in December on a date to be set by the Ministry of Education. The mid-term election option for school trustees was introduced to enable a board to have half the number of its parent representatives elected in a triennial election year and the remainder at a mid-term election 18 months later. The School would like to invite parents to consider standing for one of the two positions available at this year’s election. Arrangements can be made so a boarding parent on the BOT can attend meetings via SKYPE or a video link. If you would like more information on being a member of the BOT please contact a member of the BOT or Ted Jones, Woodford House Business and Operations Manager: ted.jones@woodford.school.nz.

Current BOT members are Alison Souness, Marco Maiorana, Natalie Stent, Jo Harvey, Andrew Ritchie, Lorna Morice and Julie Peterson. The student representative election process is currently underway.
