REQUIRED TRANSPORTATION FORMS
MIDDLE and GRADE School Parents

Each year, all parents/guardians are required to inform us how we can transport your student for school events which require carpools.
  • Option A (typically for upper-class students) is to allow the student to travel with any CSLA certified driver, including students.
  • Option B allows any ADULT certified driver to transport your student.
  • Option C is to opt out of carpools and confirm that you alone will be responsible for the transportation of your child.
Most High School parents took care of this prior to camp...but we are asking all middle and grade school parents to submit this via our online system now.  The link is available under the PARENTS link on our website or here:

WYNOOSKI PROPERTY SOLD
Last week, C.S. Lewis closed on the sale of part of the Wynooski property.  The plot of land that includes the sheds, garage, PAC and parking lot has been sold to a local development group.  The plot including the Harding building and modular building is still up for sale, with a potential sale being reviewed.

The sale of both plots will allow CSLA to become debt-free with funds available for future development.

Wednesday, September 13, the PAC will be cleaned out utilizing George Fox Serve Day volunteers.  Any CSLA volunteers are welcome to assist!  We will work from 9am-3pm.
WANT TO VOLUNTEER OR DRIVE?

To Volunteer on our campus, all adults must be either employees or confirmed through our volunteer certification program.  We ask that all volunteers please take a minute and submit this form so we can keep our campus safe.

To become a cleared driver for CSLA events, you must first be a certified volunteer, then submit the driver clearance form
.  Please note that the volunteer driver form MUST be submitted electronically, from the CSLA website.  We are no longer using the paper version.  Students who wish to drive themselves (and other students, subject to parental permission) for school activities, must also complete this form.

BOTH CERTIFICATIONS are now valid for 5 school years.
