3) SilverScript 2018 Certifications are up and running.
AHIP is OPEN! If you fail the first AHIP test, please call Alison to ask questions before attempting it again. You only get 3 chances to pass it.
Most recertifications are ready to go. If you have any question contact Alison at alison@tomtaylorinsurancegroup.com or the carrier tech support if it is sign in problems.
Remember that some carrier sites are still not Chrome or Foxfire friendly and you may have to use another browser such as Internet Explorer to do the recertifications. If you are using Microsoft Edge, you should revert it to IE to do your certifications so that you do not get to the testing and not be able to complete it,

Get your supplies ordered from Aetna as soon as you can so that they will be printed with your information, ie. name and phone number. You can also print many flyers and brochures that are personalized through Aetna's marketing studio in your producer portal.

If you are in a Walmart Store, you need to have your recertifications completed and uploaded to DirectHealth no later than 9/1/2017.
You have to have 2 carriers completed and RTS on their agents portal by that time.
The webinar is recorded and on the DirectHealth Website.
There is also training that is required on the Website.
Order your name tags before the 1st of September.
Meet with your Store Manager and your HBH Champion by Sept. 15th
Remember to have you first 3 weeks scheduled before September 20th.
Marketing begins on the October 9th, you must be in you store on the 9th to make sure your kiosk is set up and to make sure you have all marketing materials.
You cannot accept any application until Oct. 15th

Bulk Prospects Lists
We have a very small window of Special Pricing for Bulk Orders. A Bulk Order is Prospects Lists of 10 Counties or More. These can be for 10 Counties of Turning 65's, 10 Counties of Duals, 10 Counties of Age 65 Plus or other Special Orders with specific requirements such as: 10 Counties of Age 65 - Age 75, Incomes of 25K - 100K and only those with phones (This is an example only and you can have any age, income requirements that you want and with or without phones.)
Each set of 10 Counties must be in the same State. Meaning you can get one set of 10 Counties in South Carolina and another set of 10 Counties in Georgia. For this Special Pricing (Good Thru Saturday, Aug 19th) of $249.98 for 10 Counties, please respond to this email immediately with your Counties and Special Requirements.
PLEASE NOTE: 10 County Order can also be made up of: 5 Counties of 1 Type of Prospects (T65's or Duals or Age 65+ or Special Request) and 5 Counties of Another Type of Prospects (T65's or Duals or Age 65+ or Special Request) EXAMPLE: 5 Counties of Turning 65 & 5 Counties of Duals would equal a 10 County Order
Again, just send us your counties and Prospects Specific Requirement and we will respond with payment request. The limit on this Special is 50 Counties. Again, this is a one time Special that ends Saturday, Aug 19th at midnight! This will be the last time we are offering Bulk Pricing due to price increases on September 1st...
